What Could Burning Back With Vibrating Nerves And Jerking Knee And Soles Mean?

I have been suffering for a year with a condition. it first started out that i had a burning sensation on my back although my back isn't hot it felt literally on fire and under the skin of kness, shoulders and elbows would get warm. At times my nerve would vibrate in the middle of my back, sole of my feet and my right knee even jerked for a couple of minutes. i'm sensitive to the cold,i feel iheat and achinesson my back and knees which would trigger a warm electrical sensation which at times were achy. ie been to two neurologist, they've done a blood test,emg and mri tests and they all came out fine. my blood test, tested for Rf factors hormone, autoimmune factors ectc and i was fine for everything. I'm clueless as to what may making me feel this way i'm thinking of seeing a rheumatologist but my joints are not stiff or swollen because i exercise regularly. please give my advice on what you think is wrong.
