What Could Burning Breast Sensation Post A Blood Transfusion Suggest?

Hi, I wanted to if anybody could help me, I'm from Guam and my mom had gone through a blood transfusion in October 22nd 2013 since then she had been in pain from there on she had described that her pain was a burning sensation from her breast, to her rib cage and it travels to the middle part of her stomach, the doctors here on Guam can not find any clue what may cause these symptoms they had done so many test and send her to many specialist here on our island, is there any way you can maybe tell me what may be the problem... Thank you
