Hello,

Burning feeling inside body with history of acute migraine may be in relation with:
- Anxiety
- Stress exacerbation
- Side effect of certain medications
- Neurology related nerve sensation disturbances
- Hypersensitivity problems
- Improper or inadequate sleep pattern
- Others

It is best to get checked for vital parameters with your doctor and get additional management with medications for the same.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
