What Could Burning Vagina While On Antibiotics Suggest?

I've been on antibiotics for the last week and a half to fight off Bronchitis. I took my last dose today. I started noticing some burning or itching in my vagina so I began a course of monistat 3 thinking it was a yeast infection. Today I noticed when I pulled back my clitoral hood that there was a lot of clumpy white discharge under the skin!!! What is that??? Is this something I should be worried about? There is no smell and my clitoris itself isn't itchy please help!
