Hello,

As per your query, you have symptoms of buzzing in ears with headache which seems to be due to middle ear infection, blockage of sinuses, and could be due to earwax accumulation.

Need not to worry. I would suggest you to avoid pricking ear with any sharp object such as Q tip. You should consult ENT specialist first and get complete examination done.

You should get complete otoscopic examination done and start treatment accordingly. Avoid touching or pricking ears with any sharp object.

You should take proper course of antibiotics along with anti-inflammatory medications. Apply warm compresses on ear.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Harry Maheshwari
