What Could Carpel Tunnel With Sore Lumps On Armpit Suggest?

Hi...i've been suffering from pins and needles in left arm including thumb, index finger and middle finger which a doctor told me might be carpal tunnel (sorry for spelling) together with sore/cramped shoulder and neck...a couple of weeks ago a sore lump appeared in the armpit of the same arm which went away but a couple of days ago another lump appeared in the same armpit but different location....at times if I apply a little pressure to it numbness and pins and needles increases somewhat...I've also noticed that I generally have less energy...any ideas???
