What Could Cause PTB Of Undetermined Activity At The Age Of 46?

Hi I am 46 yrs.old and I have problema with my chest X-Ray it shows like this IMPRESSION: PTB of undetermined activity, right from my Apico result. I am very surprising with this result cause every time I renew to work every 6mos. I always take an X-ray result for almost 15 yrs.all is clear but only now I got this result why?
