Hi Doctor, My son is 7 years old. He was complaining about severe stomach pain for two days. Doctor prescribed Ofloxasin for two days. 3rd day, he complained about severe head ache. he was havin a fever of 103 when he complained about headache. Doctor prescribed Amoxilin syrup. He is fine after two days. During that time his blood test was done and his WBC count was showing 23,400. Even though my kid is playful, he sometimes complaints about stomache ache. We are confused? and don't know what caused his head ache/ stomache ache.. Doctor did eye test to check Meningetis and confirmed no issues? What is the reason for high WBC count? can anyone help?
