What Could Cause A Buzzing Or Glitching Sound In My Right Ear When Hearing Speech Or Audio, Starting Last Night And Lasting For Hours?

Whenever someone is talking, be it in person with me, in a song or video or anything, it sounds like it s buzzing almost? Sort of like the audio in the video is glitched, but it s not limited to digital sound. It tends to come and go, but has lasted for a few hours now today. It started just yesterday night and I believe it to be in my right ear only.
