What Could Cause A Coloured Bump On The Side Of Penile Shaft?

I have white skin coloured bump on the side of my penile shaft. It has been there for a few weeks now and has seem to have gotten smaller. It looked whitish yellow before but today it looks more like my skin colour. It stings a little bit when I touch it. Could this be cancer? I have been masturbating for 4 years now and I have excessively done it on occasional days.

Hello,
It is my privilege to be able to help you,
As you are having a colored bump on the side of the shaft of penis and over a period of time it has comedown.
It could be a infection in the genital region caused by a fungus.you need to undergo physical examination to find out the type and cause of infection.
I would suggest you to meet your consultant Dermatologist to help you out.
Thank you.
