What Could Cause A Feeling Of A Bubble About To Gush At 38 Weeks Of Pregnancy?

I am 38 weeks tomorrow and twice now I have had a feeling down below of a bubble and it feels as if I’m going to just gush with fluid but haven’t. Could this be my waters getting ready? I have been having contractions for about 2 weeks now but nothing regular.

Hi,

Mild uterine contractions start in last few days of 9th month to form lower uterine segment as a preparation of delivery. You are having that feeling with excessive vaginal discharge these days giving you the sense of a bubble. Please don't worry. It's all normal process. Wait for periodic labor pains. Also, get a weekly check up by your doctor.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
