What Could Cause A Feeling Of A Hard Vein Running Through The Cheek?

Hi I wander if you are able to assist me. I have what feels like a hard vein that goes through my cheek. Like from the back of my mouth to the front, Its quite uncomfortable if i touch it with my tongue. (relatively painful) what could this possibly be? I am quite worried.. Kind regards, Ryan

i have gone through your question,
The hard structure on your cheek might be a dilated salivary gland duct or it could be a arterovenous malformation...you need to consult a oral physician, you might need to take a ultrasound scans after consultation..TO RULE OUT ANY STONE IN THE DUCT OR av MALFORMATION
