What Could Cause A Flesh-like Tissue To Hang From My Rectum After A Bowel Movement?

Hi, yesterday I had a BM and in cleaning myself, a long 12 flesh like thing was hanging from my rectum. With plastic gloves on I was able to swish it clean and found it resembling a type of animals chasing I ve seen at the butcher s. What s happening to me?
