Hi, Welcome to Health care magic forum.
As you describe, it is not so easy to have a piece of esophagus, to shed. it might be a plug of mucous, dislodged, and caused the bleeding to come from the trachea.
I advise you to consult a physician for diagnosis and treatment.
I usually prescribe to my patient with such symptoms cifixime, phenylephrine, citrizine, and styptovit.
wishing for a quick and complete recovery. Thank you.
