Dermatologist 's  Response
Hello and welcome to healthcaremagic.

I would keep a possibility of seborrheic dermatitis with secondary bacterial infection leading on to enlargement of draining lymph nodes.

If I was your treating doctor, I would have asked you to take an oral antibiotic(penicillin group e.g Amoxycillin) for a week. This would help resolve the secondary bacterial infection and draining lymph nodes.

It is important to continue with your antidandruff shampoo, thrice weekly for 4 weeks followed by twice or once weekly for maintenance, once your dandruff is under control.
