What Could Cause A Large, Painless Bulge On The Inside Of My Left Thigh That Feels Connected To The Muscle?

I have a large obvious bulge on the inside of my left thigh and I wonder what is this. I have checked pictures on the internet and some talk about herniated muscles, but none as large as my bulge. I am not in pain and squeezing the bulge also doesn t cause pain. Also doesn t seem to be separate from my main thigh muscle.
