What Could Cause A Leak From Breast Even After Stopping Breast Feeding 3 Years Ago?

Areoli leak small (pin drop size) amount of clearish fluid,especially if squeezed.

I'm assuming a normal thing, but curious to understand/know what purpose of my body doing this?

Does it mean I'm still making breast milk even tho I stopped nursing 3 years ago?

1) Please get serum prolactin hormone tested.

2) This is commonly due to increased serum prolactin hormone.

3) It can be treated based on hormone levels.
