We've had a very busy week, lost a lot of sleep and changed eating habits. I'm a 62-year old female, have diabetes. This afternoon, when I got home, I was exhausted, and went SOUND to sleep. When the phone awoke me I couldn't figure what day it was for a minute or if I was supposed to be someplace and was late. In the past couple hours, while on the phone a couple of times, I felt like I couldn't put my thoughts together as quickly as usual, and I hear myself slur a little a couple of words. The person I was talking to didn't notice, but I just felt different....perhaps just very tired. I had just a very slight, sporadic headache, and a slight twinge on the left side of my face. I was a little concerned, and really don't want to start a whole big procedure if it's just being tired. I don't know you, doctor, but would like to hear what you think. As I said, everything is very slight....it just feels a little different. Perhaps a good 10 hours of rest will change everything. What do you think?
