What Could Cause A Lump And Blenching In Throat?

hello, I have had the feeling of a lump in my throat and belching for over a week. The belching consists of air, not bile, and I do not feel any GI discomfort. I am 43, female, 5 foot 2 inches and 125 pounds. I do drink one beer every evening, but have never smoked. Could this be a thyroid module? Thank you.

Hello,
If you can see a nodule or a lump on the outside of the neck yes then thetre are chances of the thyroid nodule , but if you are feeling of the lump from inside but cant palpate it then there are chances that it could be because of the reflux you have.
You should take medicines for the reflux disease and you are a beer drinker tooo which contains soda and which will cause acidity , heart burn .
YOu should take regular meals .
and avoid beer drinking .
For the lump examination you need to get ent consultation .
