What Could Cause A Lump On The Throat ?

I have a lump on my neck that doesn t bothering. I have had it for 3 weeks and my throat hurts. It isn t bad when I m eating or drinking but I can still feel discomfort. In the morning when I wake up is the worst and the throat keeps getting more discomforting

As far as lump in throat is concerned this can be due to tonsilitis or strep throat . For this I will suggest you to consult Ent surgeon for clinical examination and treatment. Inmeantime do warm saline gargle 2 to 3 times a day and you can take medicine like Azithromycin or Cefixime by consulting with local doctor .
