What Could Cause A Lump With Pus Around Anus And Testicles?

hi ive got a lump that looks on the surface like a pimple but underneath its feels the size of a 10p when I squeezed it hard pus came shooting out but its not bleeding its between my anus and testicles ive been having problems with sweat rashs there and pains in my lowerback for weeks pls he;

Thanks for query.

You have a Perineal Abscess over perineum (Perineal Abscess).

It is most of the time due to Staphylococcal infection of hair follicle.

You need to take broad spectrum antibiotic like Augmentin along with anti inflammatory drug like Diclofenac twice daily for a week.

If persists even after taking medication you will need to consult qualified General Surgeon for evaluation and get it incised and drained .
