What Could Cause A Odd Taste At The Back Of The Mouth?

I have been having an odd taste in the back of my mouth/throat after performing fellatio on someone. My throat and mouth are never dry but whenever I swallow or cough to see if the taste is there I get a little phlegm and I still taste it. I was wondering if this could possibly be an std and if so which would it be.

you may go for a diagnostic test for std.alternatively try gargling with clohex mouthwash twice daily. see if your symptoms subside
