What Could Cause A Persistent Painful Bump On My Upper Lip With Nerve Pain Radiating To My Face And Eye?

I have a soft skin colored small bump on top of upper left lip. My lips were itchy and felt chapped with cuts- lasted 2 weeks. The bump disappeared.
It happened again 4 months later, cleared up and came back a month later. This time it hasn’t gone away and it’s been 6 months. It hurts when I press down on it and I have nerve pains on my face now. When I press down on the bump, the pain travels up my nose and side of nose to area around my eye. I can’t even wear a mask during covid. A simple touch intensifies a deep tingling numb feeling pain from lip to eye area and forehead on left side of face . Nerves around my right ear feel weird too. Please help!
