What Could Cause A Pinching Pain Inside The Belly Button?

iv been experiencing a pinching pain inside my belly button... im still a virgin(never herad sex before) i went to a doctor and did an xray . the doctor said that i have pelvic inflammation disease. could this be true? 3 years ago i had backterial viginitis

HI. The pelvis inflammatory disease probably is not the reason for belly button pain. History of vaginitis was long ago -3 years and not now.
Probably you might have an infection in the belly button only. Get this checked. Sometimes the intestinal infection can give pain in the center of abdomen.
Do you have any associated symptoms of fever, loose motions , nausea or vomiting?
