What Could Cause A Red Line From Below The Nose Until The Upper Lip?

I have a red line right below my nose that vertically runs down to my upper lip. I woke up this morning with it and it doesn’t hurt isn’t swollen. What could cause that? It has faded a little as the day wore on, but is still there. Should I be concerned?
