What Could Cause A Ripping Sound And Pain In My Right Jaw Joint When I Chew?

Hi, I started eating my breakfast this morning and now I have a ripping sound in my right jaw joint close to my ear whenever I chew. I wiggled my mouth around a bit and it isn’t stopping and has been going on for about half an hour and is beginning to hurt the more I eat.
