What Could Cause A Toddler To Vomit Clear Jelly-like Sacs Of Varying Sizes?

My 3 year old vomited what seems like sacks of clear jelly yesterday they are varieing in size from pinky nail size to almost an inch large... I have a picture.. he threw up and then was fine.. he s acting fine and there s no fever.. I don t know what to do..
