Hi Dear,

Welcome to HCM.

Understanding your concern. As per your query you have whoosing sound in ear which could be due to wax build up , hearing loss , infection of ear , condition like meniere's disease , impacted tooth and temporomandibular joint problem. Heartbeat sound in ear is known as tinnitus. I would suggest you to put otogesic ear drops and do warm saline gargles. You should take antibiotic Levofloxacin for 5-7 days. Visit ENT specialist once and get it examined. You should get otoscopic examination done and start treatment after proper prescription. Avoid touching and pricking it with sharp objects.

Hope your concern has been resolved.
