What Could Cause Appearance Of White On Penis And Inner Parts Which Is Painful Even To Touch?
Good Morning Doctor,
My name is Jino, basically am from Kerala, presently am working in Saudi Arabia as a staff nurse. My problem is with my Penis. when am at the age of tengae i used to masturbate , but the way i masturbate its quiet different, i usually masturbate in the underwear, my foreskin dint go back.. am facing a problem of Circumcision. since long time a white appeared on my penis and inner part of my penis become more sensitive. i cant even touch my inner part of the penis for cleaning also.. and inner part also effected with the color change(white in color). Am fearing in telling somebody. at home all r looking bride for me now. i am sure that i cant perform sexual contact with my partner. And even i browse in the internet and i come to know that am affected with balanitis, and am not sure also..its all araise from my tensed mind.doctor please help me on ths

It is not clear from your history whether you have had circumcision or not.
However, in circumcised penis, the foreskin is removed and the glans is exposed.
You have mentioned that you can touch the inner part of your penis i.e. the glans as it is painful to touch.
This history suggests that there is some disease process of the glans.
Balanitis is one of the possibility.
However, you need to consult a surgeon for clinical examination.
Along with that some investigations also need to be done.
Urine examination and semen examination are some of the investigations needed.
Infection anywhere in the uro=genital tract will be detected by these investigations.
The problem that you are facing may not necessarily interfere with your future sexual life however, proper treatment is required.
