What Could Cause Bleeding After Intercourse In Patients With Endometriosis?

Hello, I wonder if you can help me please, I have Endometriosis baring in mind, but I have been on my period for 4 days and came off yesterday. I had sexual intercourse with my long term boyfriend this evening and started bleeding again. I am really worried, what could cause this? Thanks Ellie
