What Could Cause Bleeding From Mouth With No Gum Or Teeth Problems?
I am a 70 year old lady and in the past few months I have had bleeding from my mouth. It seems as if the mucosa just seeps a little blood from time to time. I have been a dental assistant and I am very conscious of dental health and I have no gum or teeth problems evident. Many thanks, Jenny Lund

I have gone through your query, as you have mentioned that you have bleeding from mucosa dont worry you should consult dentist and go for Oral Examination .
Bleeding can be due to periodontal problem as it can be age related also Periodontitis.
Not to worry consult dentist and go for examination , Oral prophylaxis.
