What Could Cause Bleeding, Lightheadedness, Weakness, Stomach Pain, Backache And Headache?

I took the pill two week ago and been bleed huge clot everyday and every time I go to the bathroom. The whole toilet is full of blood. Two days ago it got worse when I stand up the blood and clot start running out of me. I am weak, light headed bad pain in my back & stomach bad headache I can't break

With this presentation, I think bleeding might have been a side effect of the pill you took but now your mean problem is the consequence of that bleeding, which is anemia (shortage of blood). In my opinion, I would suggest you rush to Emergency doctor for proper assessment and management.
