hello my belly has been blowed up lately my pow has been yellow for about six months and been lose for about six months i get coid then hot and cold then burning up inside can u help me please i have other problems but i am worryed about the yellow pow

Hello,

If by eating healthier, you mean more fruits and vegetables and more fiber, then it is possible that these are contributing to your symptoms.

There are some fruits, vegetables such as Brussel sprouts, cabbage, broccoli, cauliflower, carrots, prunes, apples, apricots.
Beans can also have this effect.

An an abrupt increase in whole grain fiber can also cause increased bloating. You may need to consider decreasing these vegetables and fruits if you are currently using them.
