What Could Cause Blood In My Urine, Night Sweats, And Coccyx Pain?

Pretty much I have spotting of blood in my pee, I get night sweats and my coccyx has been hurting for a while now but I don t know how to tell my parents so please can you either suggest a simple way to tell them or just give a basic diagnosis of what you think it is
