What Could Cause Blurry Vision, Fatigue, Loud Swooshing Sound In Left Ear While Bending Mean?

I have had vertigo and while this has lessened, there is an loud swooshing sound in my left ear when I bend over. I also have found that my vision is quite blurry causing me to squint to read or see clearly. I am really tired all of the time. I have monthly iron infusions and my levels are normal so I know that iron is not the issue.

ENT Specialist 's  Response
It seems you have some neurological complaints due to pressure on your nerves and small vessels running through the spinal cord in neck region, this requires a full assessment and also MRI of your neck to rule out these problems
