What Could Cause Breast Pain?

I am a 62 yr. old female with WPW syndrome, carpal tunnel, osteoarthritis, IBS, and lichen schlerosis. Seriously, all of these have been confirmed by tests. However, for the past year my chest and, specifically, my left breast aches frequently. I have been to my obgyn three times with this. He found no sign of anything in my breast. I even had the super diagnostic (term?) mammogram in August and everything came back fine. But, can t ignore the fact that 70-80% of the time when I move my left breast and sometimes my right, aches. Should I be concerned or is this just osteoarthritis?
