What Could Cause Brown Spots Around Neck And Torso Area?

i have been having tiny brownish spots around the neck area (not clustered, quite random and maybe around 10 in total) for many years now, they do not hurt or itch, but last night i found that these spots were showing up further down my torso (even on the underside of breast), in fewer numbers. what could they be?

Hello,

It seems to be pityriasis Versicolor which is a superficial fungal infection of the skin. I would recommend you to apply Miconazole cream on the affected areas twice daily for 4 weeks.
