Hello,

Your symptoms are indicative of hormonal imbalance caused by hormonal contraception. You can get clinically examined by a gynecologist and get hormonal therapy done if required. Your gynecologist will check for implantation bleeding or ectopic pregnancy. Get blood tests and imaging tests done to detect ovarian cysts, fibroids, polyp, PID, etc., that may be causing you symptoms. You will be treated accordingly. In the meantime, avoid stress and take home made nutritious food rich in iron, calcium and protein.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Nupur K., General & Family Physician
