What Could Cause Build Up In An Eye Which Needs To Be Wiped While Wearing Contacts?

I HAVE TO WEAR CONTACTS AND ONLY ON ONE EYE I GET THIS BUILT UP OF NOT SURE WHAT'S IT'S CALLED BUT SOMETIMES I WAKE UP W/MY EYES SHUT CLOSED AND HAVE TO WASH THEM W/ WARM WATER. ALSO DURING THE DAY I HAVE TO WIPE IT OFF AND WHEN I BLINK I CAN SEE IT ON THERE BUT IT'S JUST NOT A COMFORTABLE FEELING.

Hello
It seems from the history that you are having discharge from the eyes in one eye and you are wearing contact lenses.
This discharge can be seen because of obstruction to the drainage of tears from the eye as in chronic dacryocystitis or because of inflammation induced by the contact lenses.
Hence better thing is to avoid use of contact lenses and requires use of antibiotic eye drops to get rid of infection.
