Hi,

Burning sensation after urination with the presence of blood and epithelial cells in the urine analysis is indicative for genital (vaginal) infection.

I suggest to do a vaginal swab testing to identify the right problem. You might need oral and local (vaginal) treatment.

I advise to:
- drink more water
- limit amount of salt intake
- use O.R.S or other urine pH alkalinizers
- keep a good genitalia hygiene.

Hope it helped!
