What Could Cause Change In Colour And Popping Of Testicles At The Side?

Hi, had a car accident on Boxing Day. Was hit from behind by a drunk driver while stationary. The speed he was coming at was about 40mph. Because I saw the car coming in my rear view mirror I tensed my whole body in anticipation of the oncoming hit. I went to the platinum medical centre on the 14th of January to be checked out. However, now my right testicle, the ball itself keeps popping up out of the sack up on the side of my penis and it is slightly a different colour to the other side. I am extremely concerned. What is the cause of this? Is it related to the accident?

General Surgeon 's  Response
HI . Due to fear , a sudden reaction retracts the testes up and can now be felt as higher up. There is noting to worry if it comes to its normal position sometimes at last without any pain or fever. To ascertain you may please consult Urologist Surgeon and/ or go for ultrasonography of the area.
