What Could Cause Chest Pain?

Hello I was having a minor disagreement with my husband, then I felt a wave of pain in the center of my chest. The pain then spread up my neck to my jaw. It was causing discomfort that I had to hold my jaw to ease the pain. It eventually went away. Later on, the chest pain came back but not as painful and spread to my right arm. It then also went away. Could you please tell me what might that be? Thank you!

Hello

Chest pain may be due to anxiety or aggression but it is important to rule out cardiac causes as you had radiation of pain.
You need clinical correlation and investigations like routine hemogram, random blood sugar, liver function test, renal function test, urine RE/ME,Chest X-ray (PA view),ultrasound of abdomen,ECG in all leads,ECHO.
Upper GI endoscopy can be done if needed. It may be related to dyspepsia.
Proper treatment depend upon findings.

Get well soon.
Take care
