What Could Cause Chest Tightness?

i have been having chest tightness for about 2 1/2 months now. been to the er twice thinking it was my heart. everything is normal blood work, ekg,chest x-ray. im 26 years old. what could it be? i have been having really bad anxiety about death. Also i have heartburn everyday.

You are very young / unlikely to have heart problem...
Symptoms more than 2months - this alone says the problem is not serious!
Have an endoscopy to rule out stomach and food pipe problems
Psychiatric assessment and assistance will be of great help
