What Could Cause Choking Sensation Along With An Anxiety Attack Followed By Vomiting Of Blood Like Black Clot After A Meal?

Today morning I was suffocating badly and then I got anxiety attack kind of thing. And my body was shivering badly and was feeling acidity in my neck and felt like puking... Also the whole day I didn t feel like eating. But still, somehow I ate maggie and pespi together around 6:00 pm then around midnight I felt like pooping and started vomiting, and I saw so some black clot-like parts in my vomit.
