Pulmonologist 's  Response
Hello
Thanks for your query.
You need to undergo following investigations -
1. Chest x-ray (PA view)
2. Spirometry with bronchodialator reversibility
In all probability your symptoms suggest the presence of an underlying obstructive airway disease for which you may need inhalers containing bronchodialators and inhaled steroids to be treated. Consult a pulmonologist soon and get yourself thoroughly examined.
Thank you.
Regards,
Dr Arnab Maji
