What Could Cause Constant Buttock Pain For The Past Few Years That Worsens With Walking, Sitting, Or Sleeping?

I am 20 years of age ,since 2019 I had a buttock problem my bums are paining constantly when I walk, sleep and sit now they are getting worse .when I watch the the tv I sleep with my stomach as well as when I am writing my school work even when i sleep I dont turn with sides i sleep with my stomach until morning , I only spend seconds sitting down and this affects my daily life .
