What Could Cause Constant Dizziness While Standing Up, Constant Headaches, Blood Vision And Eye Pain For Over A Month?

Hello! For the past few months I ve been having serious health issues and I don t know how to relieve them. I ve had dizziness that occurs all the time, from standing up to looking In the mirror. I have constant headaches and more recently blurry vision and eye pain. it feels like my eyes and brain are inflamed. I went to the doctor and she took a blood test, everything came back normal. She told me to wait but it s been about a month and the symptoms are still there. Do you have any idea of what it could be?
