What Could Cause Constant Pain In Left Arm?

i have pain left arm one day before ie (from shoulder to 6" bellow and irrigation) and yesterday afternoon itself edukallipu (i don't know exact English word) every 15 to 20 minutes cap except at the time sleeping (4 hours) at the time more oomilneer generated.
