What Could Cause Cool Sensation Like Menthol On Washing Hands?

Hi, may I answer your health queries right now ? Please type your query here...I am on Doxycycline. 100mg 2x per day for 6 days now. I washed my hands and have a cool sensation, like menthol. Figured it is the meds but can't find any info on the reaction.
