What Could Cause Dark Brown Mucus String Like Discharge?

Im on lo lostrien birth control and hadn t had my period in 5 months, I recently got it last week but instead of red blood I had a dark brown muscus string like discharge.. It stopped after a few days now a week later it s happening again? What is it? Is it normal? Could I be pregnant?

The dark brown discharge that you are having is normal while you are taking the pills regularly. If you have not missed any pill then pregnancy is not likely.
